At JMC Customs, we offer wheel refurbishment services that include restoring your wheels to their original color or customizing them with a color of your preference. The majority of the alloy wheels we refurbish undergo a three-coat painting system, which involves applying a powder coat primer as the first layer, followed by a wet or powder coat base color as the second layer, and finally, a highly durable powder coat lacquer as the third layer. 

At JMC Customs, we use high-temperature ceramic coatings, which are designed to improve the performance of exhaust systems and intake manifolds. The coating is able withstand high temperatures, which prevents corrosion, increases durability and provides thermal insulation. Acting as a thermal barrier, it reduces under-hood heat and contributes to higher degrees of horsepower in either a car or motorcycle. 

As part of the expanding range of services on offer, we now provide a tyre fitting/removal/replacement service. This has proved especially popular, since you can now bring your wheels into us and we’ll remove the tyres, prior to carrying out any work on them such as powder coating. Once your wheels are complete, we will refit your existing tyres (or replace them with new ones on request) and finally balance your wheels.
